Pekuna wants to bridge traditional financial design and modern crypto-based systems. The Romans played a major role in shaping our current money and financial method, and now we are part of the next stage of development - complementing the state-run monetary system with a decentralized monetary system.
The name Pekuna is derived from the Latin word "pecunia," which means "money" or "currency."
